Livehouse began it's musical journey in 2010. A synthesis of Soul, Funk, House, Rock, Disco, Country, and everything in between, our emphasis is to make you dance. Livehouse is a dance generating machine and we know what it takes to make you hit the floor. We have provided entertainment for all types of functions such as commercial events, community organizations, fraternities, holiday parties, country clubs, and nearly any other type of event you could think of. With lush harmonies and thick grooves, Livehouse is committed to bring you the best show that we can with an emphasis on having fun. Bill Stefferson
Bill began playing guitar in bands throughout high school, as well as drums and bass. Hailing from Long Island New York, Bill was surrounded by great musicians and began his musical journey by listening to various styles of music from the age of 9. He has since played, rock, gospel, blues, R&B, Hip hop, and various other styles. His musical travels have afforded him the ability to play along the east coast. Bill relocated to NC in 2016, moving to Jacksonville NC and in 2022 moved to Salisbury. In 2024 Bill joined Livehouse as rhythm and lead guitarist.
Ronnie Isenhour
Ronnie, a music enthusiast, and drummer started playing drums while in elementary school. He continued with his love of the instrument throughout high school and performed in marching and concert bands. Ronnie found that he thoroughly enjoyed playing in bands and performed with various rock and progressive rock bands throughout his youth. In 2000 Ronnie joined the band, Fusion, and was introduced to various other styles, which also stimulated his desire to add other percussion instruments to his repertoire. In the early 2000’s Ronnie studied with master drummer/percussionist, Rick Dior, further advancing his knowledge and appreciation of drums and percussion. Incorporating both acoustic and electronic elements in his playing, Ronnie has continued to add to his knowledge and versatility in various styles. In 2024 Ronnie joined Livehouse as its drummer.
Yakeima "Songbird" White
Singer & Songwriter Yakeima ‘Songbird” White began singing at the age of three. Originally from Newark, New Jersey, Yakeima moved to North Carolina at age 5, where she began delving into her gift. She jumpstarted her career performing with the choir and praise team at her church. At the age of 12, Yakeima began touring various churches in and out of state. Yakeima has recorded with both local and nationally known music artists. In addition to performing with bands, Yakeima has also starred in plays. In March 2024 Yakeima released her first single “Blessed”. Her first feature was “Dying to Live” by DDA Tink in February 2024. Yakeima a gifted songwriter, has featured and written songs for other artists as well. She joined Livehouse in 2024 as lead and background female vocalist.
Ladell "Deep Style" Yates
Ladell originally started playing various instruments since the age of 8. In the 80’s he entered into the realm of production and writing. Ladell has been involved in various music endeavors such as teaching bass, functioning as a live and studio engineer, and running various bands. Ladell has worked with a plethora of talent in virtually all styles of music including, funk, country, rock, jazz, gospel, and R&B.. He has toured with the iconic funk band, Lakeside and has also recorded with and/or shared the stage with Vanessa Williams, Shanice Wilson, Cameo, Los Lonely Boys, Confunkshun, Raheem Devaughn, and a host of other artists. In 2010 Ladell and Amp Culbertson started Livehouse as the “Ultimate dance band” with the objective of playing easily recognizable dance hits, as well as others that you haven’t heard in ages!
Daija "Monae" Thompson
Daija gained an interest in music from an early age watching her father sing and constantly being exposed to various styles of music. She taught herself to play keyboards starting at age 8, and by the age of 12 she had learned Alisha Key’s entire album by ear. Daija continued to hone her skills by playing and singing in college ensembles and becoming music director at various churches over the past 20 years, as well as playing in various bands in the area. She has made her mark in primarily R&B and neo soul entertainment throughout the Piedmont. In 2022 she joined Livehouse as both a keyboard player and vocalist.
D'mere Sinclair
Born in Charlotte NC, D’mere has found singing to be his favorite way to speak and reach people. His love of entertaining was discovered at a very early age and was nurtured by his mother and others who knew him. Originally an R&B singer, D’mere caught the ear of producer, Dallas Austin, who signed him to Rowdy/Arista records. Throughout his career D’mere has worked with a vast array of major artists, which has helped him to shape his sound and style. Also a writer and keyboardist, D’mere continuously writes original compositions and produces his work. He has travelled extensively, spreading his love of music around the world. In 2024 D’mere joined Livehouse as its lead male singer.
